Return Policy
We want you and your little ones to love every purchase! You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@jujuskidsboutique.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong — a defect, damage, or the wrong item — contact us right away at info@jujuskidsboutique.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We currently don't process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, no justification required. Items must still meet our standard return condition: unworn/unused, tags attached, original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).
